C5 Grade Cold Rolled & Annealed Steel Strips

Normally this grade is stocked in Annealed conditioned with 180 HV Max hardness. Strips can also be supplied in different temper in range of 200-350 HV on request. These strips are available in stock from thickness ranging from 4.0 to 0.25 mm in width of 250-350 mm, this can be slitted, decoiled and levelled as per the customer's request.

Composition
C : 0.5-0.6%, Mn : 0.5-0.9%, Si : 0.35% Max, S&P : 0.04% Max.

These strips are supplied in bright finish & sheared edges suitable for bending & forming and then heat treated for required hardness.

C80 Grade Cold Rolled & Annealed Steel Strips

This grade of strip is stocked in Annealed conditioned with 200 HV Max hardness. However, can also be supplied in different temper in range of 200-400 HV on request. These strips are available in stock from thickness ranging from 4.0 to 0.25 mm in width of 250-350 mm, this can be slitted, decoiled as per the customer's request.

Composition
C : 0.75-0.9%, Mn : 0.5-0.9%, Si : 0.10-0.35% Max, S&P : 0.04% Max.

These strips are supplied in bright finish & sheared edges suitable for bending & forming and then heat treated for required hardness.
